Why am I seeing a 403 error in the MyRecipes app?
Some customers may see a 403 error when accessing the MyRecipes app while connected to a VPN. MyRecipes does not intentionally block VPN connections, but this error can occur with certain VPN servers or locations. Our team is working to improve the experience.
What should I do?
The MyRecipes app is currently available in the United States. If you are using a VPN:
- Open your VPN settings and select a server located in the United States.
- Close and reopen the MyRecipes app, then try again.
- If the error continues, try a different U.S.-based VPN server.
- You can also temporarily disconnect from the VPN or switch between Wi-Fi and cellular data to see if that resolves the error.
